Eagle Group, a licensed Native American General Contractor & Construction Management Company, was founded by David Blue. "David" is a graduate and active alumni of the University of Washington. He is also a member of the Turtle Mountain Chippewa Nation.

 

Our group has teamed with architects, engineers and construction experts to bring new building technologies and financial stability to our many Tribal clients. Together, we offer over 100 years of construction success and experience. We have performed work and established relationships with over twenty Tribes throughout the country.

 

We can sometimes offer finance for those clients that request our assistance and we almost always recommend a design build approach as Generals to support fast track construction and cost savings schedules for the development process. As General Contractors, we often self perform light demolition, site development, concrete, masonry, carpentry, trucking and asphalt paving.

 

We advocate a preconstruction process so we can work with Tribal leaders and their respective representatives to support the design and construction process.

 

We have the financial strength, equipment and personnel to support selected Tribal projects and we always recognize the confidentiality of Community development.
